From his current role as Chairman of the Circular Cities Summit (CCS) to his former tenure as Senior Director at Singapore’s National Parks Board (NParks), Damian has been at the forefront of pioneering initiatives promoting sustainable urban development, park management and biophilic design. His expertise extends across strategic environmental project oversight, multimillion-dollar parks project management, and groundbreaking contributions to global sustainability endeavours. As the founder of URDX Studio, Damian specialises in regenerative design, leveraging insights from neuroscience to shape parks, cities, urban developments, and therapeutic spaces both indoors and out, earning him multiple accolades and reinforcing his status as a leader in sustainable design and landscape architecture.

Throughout his career, Damian has left an indelible mark on the landscape architecture field, overseeing nationwide landscape design and greenery planning at NParks, enriching Singapore’s urban green spaces and ecological resilience through innovative design and community engagement.
